Robax Stove glass is formulated to resist cracking under the extreme heat of solid fuel stoves.
Care should be taken when fitting to avoid cracking glass. Glass will crack easily if not installed properly or if overtightening fixings.
Robax Glass is 5mm thick.

Curved/ arched top pieces are available and charged at the largest overall height and width dimensions. Templates are required for curves, email drawings to sales@escapeglass.co.nz or call 03 2145012 for further details or to arrange us to come and measure. Template fees apply.
Lead time 4-5 days exc delivery.
Edges are available both polished and unpolished.

Since we're a small, dedicated team and each piece is individually handmade, we typically need 10-20 working days to craft your order. After that, we’ll arrange for the courier to deliver it right to your door.
For Memorial Plaques, the process takes a bit longer—please allow up to 25 working days, plus shipping time.

Before you check out, here are a few quick care tips:
For Platters and Art:
Only handwash or gently wipe them down. If your glass is coated, it's not dishwasher safe. Clear glass without feet can go in the dishwasher.
For Splashbacks:
Keep a couple of lint-free cloths handy, and use a non-scratchy cleaner. Glass splashbacks don’t like metal or plastic tools. A microfiber cloth is perfect for wiping away stains. Use a non-abrasive cleaner like store-bought glass cleaner, hot soapy water (wipe immediately), or methylated spirits. Rub it in gently, let it sit for a couple of minutes, then wipe off with a clean, damp cloth, moving from side to side.
