How do I look after my item?

PLATTERS AND ART:

  • Gently handwash or wipe down only all escape slumped glass.

COATED GLASS IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE - Only glass with no feet and in clear glass is dishwasher safe.

SPLASHBACKS:

  • Keep a couple of lint-free cloths and a non-scratchy cleaner on hand. Glass splashbacks don’t take well to metal or plastic-based implements, so a lint-free cloth (microfiber is great) is the best tool for removing stains from splashbacks. Apply a small amount of a non-abrasive cleaning product such as store-bought glass cleaner, hot soapy water (wiped immediately) or methylated spirits onto the cloth and gently rub it over the splashback in circular movements. Leave the product to work for a couple of minutes, then wipe it off with a clean, damp cloth, moving from side to side.
