Etching
Add elegant detailing to your plaque with etched artwork or symbols. Starting from +$75 per image.
Custom colour coating is available for Etched or slumped images from +$50 per image.
Slumped Imagery
For a more dimensional appearance, slumped imagery is available from +$75 per image. This involves shaping designs into the back of the glass, giving your plaque a rich, sculptural effect.
Examples include: footprints, flowers, musical notes, and more. We can also create custom slumped images upon request.
Photo Ceramics
We offer photo ceramics starting from +$195 including GST. These high-resolution photographic inlays are available in various sizes and shapes and are mounted securely to your plaque.
Please note: All ceramic plaques require the full 25-day turnaround due to external processing.

Our glass plaques are available in a wide range of standard and kaleidoscope colours, allowing you to choose hues that reflect your loved one’s personality, spirit, or favourite tones. Whether you prefer a more traditional and serene style or something bright and vibrant, we’ll help you find the perfect colour palette.

Slumped glass memorial plaques can take up to 25 working days unless notified otherwise. Please let us know if you urgently require one and we will do our best to get it to you in time.
Fonts & Lettering Styles
We offer a wide range of font options for inscriptions, from timeless serif styles to contemporary script fonts.
If you have a specific font in mind that holds personal meaning, you're more than welcome to provide it.
For a longer-lasting and more legible engraving, we highly recommend choosing simpler fonts. These allow us to engrave deeper and our paint to sit in the glass rather than on top of the glass, ensuring better durability over time.
Simple fonts not only stand the test of time but also offer better readability at a glance.
To help you visualise the final result, we provide mock-up stages throughout the design process.
Every plaque is engraved with great care and precision. Our design team will work closely with you to ensure each word and letter reflects your sentiment exactly as you imagined.
Shipping, Installation & Nationwide Support
No matter where you are in New Zealand, we can help.
We offer installation services in the lower South Island
Nationwide shipping is available using custom-made parcels
Shipping plaques to North Island is $45.00 and around South Island is $25.00. These prices include GST.
We include installation guides with every plaque to help ensure proper mounting. If the plaque is not installed correctly, the paint on the back may deteriorate over time and begin to peel or fall away from the glass.
Silicone is available from us for $30.00 including GST - Or purchase "Bostik V60 Structural Silicone" Clear Sealant from your nearest hardware store. Check with us if you are unsure which one to get or search for Silicone on our website.
Installation Notes
While we are not responsible for the ongoing maintenance of memorial plaques, we take great care in crafting each one to ensure lasting quality. Our products and installation guides are designed to support the longevity of your plaque.
We kindly ask that you take care during installation, and we will also take every measure to provide you with a plaque built to stand the test of time.
Permits & Council Requirements
It’s important to note that many cemeteries and crematoriums require permits before installing a memorial. While some councils may initially decline “glass,” it’s essential to request permission specifically for Escape Slumped Glass Headstones — these meet the same standards as granite and are approved in most locations.
