How long will my item take?
Since we're a small, dedicated team and each piece is individually handmade, we typically need 10-20 working days to craft your order. After that, we’ll arrange for the courier to deliver it right to your door.
For Memorial Plaques, the process takes a bit longer—please allow up to 25 working days, plus shipping time.
If you have a specific date in mind for when you need your item, please do let us know. You can add a note during checkout, or give us a call on 03 214 5012. We're here to make sure everything arrives just when you need it.

Before you check out, here are a few quick care tips:
For Platters and Art:
Only handwash or gently wipe them down. If your glass is coated, it's not dishwasher safe. Clear glass without feet can go in the dishwasher.
For Splashbacks:
Keep a couple of lint-free cloths handy, and use a non-scratchy cleaner. Glass splashbacks don’t like metal or plastic tools. A microfiber cloth is perfect for wiping away stains. Use a non-abrasive cleaner like store-bought glass cleaner, hot soapy water (wipe immediately), or methylated spirits. Rub it in gently, let it sit for a couple of minutes, then wipe off with a clean, damp cloth, moving from side to side.
