How long will my item take?
Because we are a small company and these items are individually handmade it could take up to 10 working days to make you one plus time for the courier.
Turnaround time for production on some items is up to 10 working days from finalising the layout/draft. This does not include shipping time.
Once purchased our designer will be in touch to arrange the exact image and the location you wish to have this engraved/etched into the glass with you via email or phone so please ensure all fields are correctly completed during checkout.
