We will ask a few questions about your project and advise on the most suitable glass.

For technical and installation advice or a quote, you may need to provide measurements, drawings, plans, or sketches.

Next, we'll select the best glass type for your project. Visit our colour and pattern pages for options.

If possible, we will provide a mock-up or digital representation of your glassworks. Please note that all glass is handmade, so slight differences and imperfections may occur.

Once you are ready to order, we will verify all details, confirm payment terms, and begin production.

Your order will be produced in our factory in Invercargill, Southland, New Zealand.

Lead times are as follows;

• Art and Platters - up to 15 working days
• Plaques and Signs - from 20-25 working days
• Splashbacks
        Slumped - up to 35 working days (6/7 Weeks)
        Flat Coated - up to 25 working days 
        Image on Glass - up to 25 working days
• Large scale items and projects - up to 12 weeks
• Headstones and heavier customised items - up to 14 weeks

These times do not always allow for delivery and some things can be made faster if there are tighter deadlines. There is minimum of up to 7 working days on ALL NON TOUGHENED pieces if we are to mark them as urgent (this does not apply to tempered/safety glass) The minimum turnaround for ALL SAFTEY GLASS/TOUGHENED items can be as little as 3 weeks.

We will ensure that you are notified when the glass is in transit if it requires crating/postage. Installation services are available on request for Southland and Central Otago by ourselves, failing that we have a wide range of Agents nationwide to do this on our behalf. Almost all carry glass samples too.
